Each year, the Francophone Entrepreneur Award recognizes a business that makes an outstanding contribution to the economic and community vitality of the Francophone community in Renfrew County.

In 2025, we were proud to celebrate Ottawa Valley Taekwon-Do, co-led by Lucas Fleurant and Bernadette Demong, for their leadership, commitment, and positive community impact. Through the offering of bilingual classes, they have created meaningful opportunities for Francophones to participate, learn, and thrive in their own language—helping the Francophone community shine and grow in Renfrew County.

Now, we’re looking ahead — and we need your help to find the next inspiring Francophone business.
